Pour sa première exposition de la saison, Berthe et Edgar a choisi d'inviter 9 artistes d'horizons différents, dont j'ai le grand plaisir de faire partie. Le point de commun à tous, figuratifs comme abstraits, céramistes, peintres, sculpteurs et photographes : travailler sur la thématique "Perspectives" - au sens littéral ou figuré.

"nature (:) abstract"
Between nature and traces left by humanity - writings, calligraphies, signs, the exhibition“nature (:) abstract” plays between pure abstraction and internalized representation of a powerful, mysterious, omnipresent nature. Blurred mental landscape; transparency and reflection are recurring - they suggest without asserting, reveal in depth. Are human traces inserted – signs or calligraphies, posed, strong – artificial? destructive?
This is a question that Anne Poitrenaud shares through her works: between nature and culture, between sky and humanity. Question the abstract nature of things.

Entre nature et traces laissées par l’humanité - écritures, calligraphies, signes, l'exposition "nature (:) abstraite" joue entre abstraction pure et représentation intériorisée d'une nature puissante, mystérieuse, omniprésente. Paysage mental flou ; la transparence et le reflet sont récurrents - ils suggèrent sans affirmer, révèlent dans la profondeur. Viennent s’insérer des traces humaines – signes ou calligraphies, posées, fortes - artificielles ? destructitrices ?
C’est un questionnement que partage Anne Poitrenaud au travers de ses oeuvres : entre nature et culture, entre ciel et humanité. Interroger la nature abstraite des choses.

The Salon d'Automne is a non-profit association of artists, born in 1903, recognized as being of public utility since 1920, whose goal is the encouragement and development of fine arts in all its manifestations and particularly through exhibitions both in France and abroad.
He organizes a large prestigious annual meeting in Paris which highlights several hundred works of art in all disciplines.
